How enquiries are sent
The website's enquiry helper opens your own email application. It does not store or send form entries through the website. Your email provider and ours may process the message in accordance with their services.

We do not sell enquiry details. Information may be processed by email or other service providers needed to run the business. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, contracts, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

Website enquiry form and third-party services
If you send an enquiry using our website form, we process the contact details and training requirements you provide to respond to your request. The form is designed to use Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection (Turnstile) and Resend to deliver the enquiry to our business email. These services may process technical information needed to operate and secure the form. Please avoid including sensitive personal or medical information in your enquiry.
Before publication, Armstrong Training will confirm the relevant service providers, retention periods, international transfer arrangements and the final privacy notice. Until the form has been configured and tested, you can contact us by email or telephone.
